TEVA TOUR TEASER OUT NOW !!!

 This spring Anthony Yap toured through Europe along side the infamous Teva Tour 2008. Along the way they picked up fellow Bliss-Stick team member Sam Sutton as the team crossed 5 countries in 14 days on a whirl wind tour of some of Europe’s best whitewater.

Jeff Coleman from Knoxville TN has come up with the first and only Bliss-stick blog... and much more site. Jeff is teamed up with Michael Brier from Asheville in taking Bliss-stick to the paddlers, keep a close watchful eye on these 2 paddlers and friends, as they are about to take Bliss-stick on an even further journey with Michael setting up the Waikawai base in Asheville. Sam Sutton wins at Gorge Games USA.....Hi Norm and Crew

Ended up in Hood River for the Gorge Games. It was a pretty awesome competition, The kayaking was epic, heaps of carnage and entertainment.  Good to see Sam and Honza placing second and  third respectively in the down river extreme race. And awesome to see Sam taking out victory and beating Tao on his home turf in the boatercross..........Read more for  pictures .........

Kiwi Mike Dawson wins at Voss in Norway.... and another great win for the Bliss-stick Mystic.

 Voss Extreme week A good time was had by all at the downriver race on the Brandseth River. Young stud Mike Dawson dominated in the men’s race finishing his two descents of the racecourse four and five seconds faster than his nearest rival. It was classic to watch all the kiwi boys surround him on mass and excitedly discuss how much of Mikes race winnings they would be drinking that night! Top effort bro! Zack Shaw

Kiwis in Norway - update by Mike Dawson...Hey Guys Just been hanging in Voss for a few days. Met up with Josh, Sam and Brad and they've taken me boating. Its been sick. First day I got here we went to little creek and ran this huge slide, was a wicked welcome to Norway !! Each day weve been here we 've been running wicked sick whitewater, real clean cool creeks.

The Voss week is starting and we checked out the race site for the boater cross, its a sick river ! paddled another massive river today and did some filming with the Norweigian TV channel  Racing Thur, fri and Sat so will keep you guys in the loop,

Bliss-sticks Josh Neilson's update on Cali and Norway ....Hey everyone just a quick hi from here in Norway ! what an awesome country ! Lots of whitewater! Unfortunately injured right now with an unknown problem but will get it checked out by a physio soon ! its really expensive here! I have been enjoying reading everyone elses travel updates too! everyone seems to be out and about these days! Take care everyone Cheers Josh.

Sam Sutton Update May 2008.....Yoza Bliss-stick, So I just finnished the best two weeks ever on the Teva Tour Europe 2008, it was awesome, we had 20 of the best paddlers in Europe with Anthony Yap as well as Pat Keller crusing around in four sign written VW vans, along with filmcrew and Photographer Thilo who shot millions of sick images. The highlight was when Pat and I  lined up a first descent of a 26 m drop in Switzerland.....check out the full story at www.samsutton.com/tevatourparttwo.html
